The secretary is responsible for signing up new members and maintaining the database of members, as well as taking minutes at all committee meetings and sending out the weekly dose of joy that is the members’ email. This drops into your inbox at the start of every week with news of opportunities, meetings and events for the coming days. It’s my job to provide a warm welcome to the new crowd, so if you have any questions or aren't sure where to go with a query/request/idea, I’ll probably be a good place to start!
